Submission Guidelines

  1. Electronic Submission
  • Articles must be formatted according to the journal's submission guidelines and can be submitted via the online system or by email: socioling@mail.ru.

    Each author is permitted to submit a maximum of two articles per year.

  1. Required Author Information

At the end of the article, the author(s) must provide the following details in English:

  • Full name (first name, last name, and patronymic, if applicable), e.g., Ivan I. Ivanov
  • Academic degree and rank
  • Institutional affiliation (including position and organization details)
  • ORCID identifier
  • Contact email address
  1. Additional Requirements for Postgraduate and Master’s Students
  • Graduate and master’s students must submit a supervisor’s recommendation endorsing the publication of the article.
  • This recommendation must be certified by the Human Resources Department of the respective institution.

Article Requirements

  • The submission must be an original scientific article or a review article.
  • The article must adhere to the journal’s formatting guidelines and template. Authors should download the Sample Article Template and review the Formatting Requirements before submission.
  • The article must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted for consideration in another journal. If exceptions apply, a justification should be provided in the “Comments for the Editor” section.
  • Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format.

The author must acknowledge familiarity with the journal’s open-access policy.
The manuscript must be free of plagiarism and self-plagiarism, ensuring that it does not overlap with previously published works, including articles, dissertations, or monographs.
The peer review process typically takes 50 to 90 days.
Articles are subject to editorial revisions before publication; the journal does not publish unedited manuscripts.
Full-text versions of published articles may be publicly accessible online and indexed in scientometric databases such as RSCI, CyberLeninka, and others.
