Submission Guidelines

1. Types of Publications

  • Original Research Article

  • Review Article


2. Article Requirements

  • Must be original and not previously published or submitted elsewhere. If previously submitted, include an explanation in the comments to the editors.

  • Manuscripts must follow the journal’s formatting requirements.

  • Text must be free from plagiarism and self-plagiarism (copying from your own dissertations, articles, or monographs is not allowed).


3. Submission Limit

  • Each author may submit no more than one article per year.

  • Institutional affiliation and position

  • Mailing address of the organization

  • Email

  • ORCID


5. Additional Requirements for Postgraduate and Master’s Students

  •  A supervisor’s recommendation is required and must be officially endorsed by the institution (e.g., department head or authorized administrative office).


6. Publication Conditions

  • The journal operates under open access.

  • Full-text articles may be publicly accessible online and indexed in databases such as RSCI, CyberLeninka, and others.

  • Articles are not published in the author’s original version—the editorial team reserves the right to make revisions.


7. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening. At this stage manuscripts are assessed for their relevance to the journal's scope, editorial policy, scientific quality, and compliance with the submission guidelines, as well as their originality and potential interest to the journal's readership. Manuscript may be rejected at this stage without external peer review. Editorial decisions at the desk-review stage are generally not subject to detailed explanation or appeal.

  • Manuscripts that pass the initial screening and technical checks are sent for peer review (typically 50–90 days).

  • Possible decisions after review:

    • Accept for publication

    • Request revisions

    • Reject

  • The final decision is made by the editorial board, based on the quality of the revisions.
