GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE JOURNAL
The publication publishes research on current issues in the theory and practice of sociolinguistics. Research are comprises language situations, language policy, language conflicts, language contacts, problems of bilingualism, and methods of sociolinguistic research, etc.
All submitted works are reviewed and checked by the Anti-Plagiarism system "Антиплагиат",, based on the results of which a decision is made to include the article in the journal.
Only original articles that have not previously been published in other publications are subject to publication in the journal. When sending a manuscript to the editorial office of the journal, the author automatically assumes the obligation not to publish it, either in whole or in part, in any publication without the consent of the Editorial Board.
Manuscripts prepared in accordance with the requirements for authors are submitted through the online submission system.
SCIENTIFIC DIRECTIONS OF THE JOURNAL
The journal carries out scientific review of all materials received by the editors for the purpose of expert evaluation.
The journal “Sociolinguistics” is included in the LIST of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the scientific degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the scientific degree of Doctor of Science in the following scientific specialties and the corresponding branches of science in which scientific degrees are awarded should be published:
